The place is clean, and the receptionists were good, but they needed more education on the Careington Plan. The hygienist was superb and very thorough. Dr. Fang was excellent at explaining an issue. This was my first visit. So far, I highly recommend them
Nov 26, 2024 · Salesian Elder CareI would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at the dental facility. Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be quite disappointing. There appeared to be a lack of respect for patients' time, as my appointment felt rushed, and I did not receive the thorough care I expected. After my visit, I experienced issues with my teeth that have resulted in ongoing pain. Additionally, despite confirming my appointment, I was informed I would not be served that day. It's the worst place ever. That should be reported for malpractice.

The front desk clerks are very nice, professional and helpful as usual, I didn't seat for too long, one of them went to the back to let the Dr know I was there and I was called quickly. Their medical staff is on point.
