The assistants were great. The only reason for my two stars. I came here to get my top wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Maldonado did not apply the topical anesthetic gel before sticking the needle in my gums. He literally jabbed me needle after needle about 3 times on both sides of my mouth.Fast forward three months later I went in for fillings & Dr. D took amazing care of me. She did apply the topical anesthetic gel & assured me that I was in control - if at any point I felt pain she told me to raise my left hand & the process would be done. She was quick, nurturing, & encouraging the whole process.

I have always been nervous when I have a dentist appointment. I can truly say the staff when you are arrive is friendly and welcoming. The dentist or assistant that serviced me on both of my recent appointments was the great. She was thoughtful and caring and very informative my nerves made me to forget to ask her name you can look at my record and see. I really appreciated the way she handled her patients well I can only speak for me but she rock.👍

Wonderful front desk, Great assistance, Great dentists and can’t forget a great Hygienist. Linda gave me great tips on my oral hygiene and how to improve. Dr. Patel explained to me the treatment plan that I needed. Both Linda and Dr. Patel make a great team. They care about their patients and took me right in for my appointment. It went very smoothly. Great bedside manners. They even went out their way to explain everything to the point. You can tell they cared about their patient care. Even though, I was upset with the results, I only can blame myself that is my fault for waiting and not being consistent going to the dentist when I am in pain or every 6 months for cleaning. Highly recommend ask for Linda the hygienist and Dr. Patel the dentist.

Dr. Mack is a great Dentist!! He has a top notch bedside manner. He puts you at ease with what he's going to do, and is skilled and efficient. He talks you through the entire process while giving you the most relaxed feeling that you're in caring hands. Truly a great Dentist and a great person.

Everything is great about this place except the appointment confirmation system that they have, it is EXCESSIVE!!!!! It’s not their fault, it’s MANAGEMENT!!! I will give 4-6 confirmations verbally through phone, through text on their automated system, and I get a final harassment call on the same day of the appointment before they can actually believe that I am coming! It’s excessive!! They spend more time confirming appointments than anything else and that’s on management when the staff could be doing something else. This is the only place that does this.And when you call to confirm it’s a constant phone tag. Either you go straight to voicemail and they never call you back or you call in and get placed immediately on hold. Wow. They need someone just to handle strictly communications and no checking in or out of patients at all!!!!!
