Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Dr Dental!I had the absolute worst experience at Dr Dental, and I can confidently say I will NEVER be returning. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service and patient care were not priorities for this clinic.To start, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging my questions. The wait times were ridiculously long, and no one bothered to keep me updated or apologize for the delay. I was finally attended to by Shawna, who was by far the most unprofessional and careless employee I’ve ever encountered. She was dismissive, seemed annoyed by any questions, and lacked the basic empathy you’d expect from a healthcare professional. Shawna’s attitude made an already stressful visit even worse.When it came to the actual dental work, I was left in pain and discomfort, and my issues were far from resolved. The clinic overall is chaotic, with a lack of organization, and it seems like they are more interested in collecting payments than in helping their patients.Save yourself the headache (and toothache) – find a clinic that actually cares about its patients. Dr Dental and employees like Shawna are NOT it.

I have a near panic attack when I have to go to the dentist. Though even with the anxiety my dentist made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. She was confident, precise and clearly knowledgeable. Even after hearing the patient having issues stating still next to me I heard the dentist calm the patient multiple times and still complete their procedure.Without missing a beat they put my permanent crown on quicker than most filling and even saved the nerve in my tooth.Usually I leave with a horror story, but I left their with confidence to come back

Dr. Hoja is an amazing dentist. She’s very thorough, detail oriented , professional and kind person. She took her time to take care of my cavities and my pain is now gone. I Highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

It’s the worst dental place I’ve ever been. They don’t have the patients best interests at heart. After paying my money for my denture it wasn’t done properly I brought it back and they called me and said I brought the wrong denture, isn’t that just crazy. My gum was infected and I didn’t get anything for it , how unprofessional are these people.

This practice is the most unbelievable place I've ever been to after going to the dentist for over 50 years. Last week was a root canal done by Dr. Hoka and her awesome assistant Yara. I had zero pain or swelling afterwards and she even called me the next day to check up on me!!This week were three extractions by Dr. Bawa and his assistant Ms. Kelly. They did a great job with almost no swelling and very little discomfort afterwards.Then we have the office staff, Biana is on top of making sure you understand everything and get to your appointments. Flor coordinates very well and goes the extra mile by process paperwork correctly for insurance to assure future visits will happen to do a complete job.All in all, this place runs like a swiss watch and the staff works together like a family. I would highly recommend them to anyone with dental needs.
