I have been with Dr. Johnson since he took Dr. Don Harris' practice. My view of his practice:1) I am a lifer, I would never go to another practice.A) Quality of work is the bestB) Missy is like a daughter to meC) Raina is a rock, professional andcustomer friendlyD) Dr. Johnson is a very kind anddiplomatic. He speaks with thetruthful, compassion of a crossscience procedure and healthywell being.2) Customer service is not only prevalentbut consistent throughout the staff.3) Billing is straight forward promoting"No surprise charges."4) Scheduling is great for 6 month cleaningand checkup. During the pandemic it'sbeen harder.5) Patients medical history is updated eachvisit. Today Jasmine's first question was"Have there been any changes to yourhealth? Has your medications beenchanged also allergies, specific or ingeneral.Old Guard, I may be, however the quality, comfort, anxiety (lack of) is just "that good." At my age less problems are good.
