I have been going to this office for about 3 months now and it has been a great experience. I had TMJ issues: clicking in the jaw and deflection on close. I was worried that it was going to get worse, and my jaw would sometimes bother me in the morning. I have not completed my treatment yet but this has been my experience so far. The improvement in jaw clicking which I tracked every day based on my feel is attached in the imagePros:- Well, the TMJ appliance they gave me worked, and that's the most important thing! My clicking and deflection on close went away after about 6 weeks. I am not sure how to keep it that way long term but for now my symptoms have gone away and that is super promising- Anna is the person who has been seeing me at the monthly appointments and who delivered my appliances. She is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the time she took to explain everything to me and go over all the questions I had and data that I collected- Kortni from operations (and I'm pretty sure much more) is probably the best person I've worked with out of all the medical ops people in my experience. She is super nice, communicates really well, is reliable, knowledgeable, and I am pretty sure all the patients really like herCons:- The price is not cheap but the other doctor I went to see charged twice the price, so I think it's a reasonable market rate- Don't expect to see Dr Samadian at every appointment. I think the expectation is to see him 3 times throughout the course of treatment, and some other reviews complain about this. I am not sure if that is odd or not, but the treatment is working for me so I don't have any complaints!- Sometimes I had to wait a while to see Dr Samadian but the appointments were usually pretty punctual
