We are not the kind to do this but highly disappointed in this place they acted very nice in the beginning & we got work done. We liked the doctor who was there initially and apparently he's no longer there & all of a sudden the staff is not being helpful. Juan at the front desk was extremely rude to me & made me feel so small on the phone and I am requesting a call back from Chelsie the office manager. They have also submitted a claim of something they did a very poor job on but still trying to have my insurance pay. It's a pity because the manager Chelsie seemed very nice when we talked to her.

I have been coming to this practice for years and have received assistance from multiple receptionists who are no longer there. Last time Juan was the person who took care of my appointments and all the details about it. I was impressed with his professionalism and the kindness with which he treated me. I hate this place.. they literally rob you of money... They say that they're open and they don't pick up the phone.. they try to push services on you when you don't even want them or need them... On top of that, they take so long to communicate with the insurance company.... I'm getting letters almost a year later saying that I owe money instead of them telling me the truth of what I owe... I'm incredibly aggravated.. it's just a complete breakdown. On top of that, most of the surgeons either rush. You aren't gentle or don't really even seem to care about their job... There's only a few people there that are any good and they all left a long time ago when I first started to go there... Don't go here..
