It’s not that difficult to make new clients feel comfortable and welcomed- even on the phone. Hence, I never made it in. This comment is only towards those who answer the phones there. I did not make it past your doors due to the lack of customer service and the high level of rudeness… I hope your day gets better lady.

I had the best dental appointment of my life. Olivia, my Dental Assistant was wonderful!!!! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She treated me like I was almost family.The Dentist was also very knowledgeable and professional. She adjusted my dentures and I finally have dentures that properly fit, and don’t cause pain when I bite.She also developed a treatment plan for me if I decide to get implants to snap on dentures to on my bottom gum.

The receptionist was wonderful. I was hopeful that the rest of our visit would be such. The hygienist was also great. Then came the doctor. She had no empathy and spoke to me like I was the worst mother ever for the condition of my child’s teeth. I was in tears from how she spoke to me. If you or your child do not have great teeth, I highly recommend staying away from this office unless you want to feel like a piece of trash.

Went in for a consult on filling a few gaps. Walked out with a new smile.They are friendly, which I really appreciate. And encouraged follow up appointments to make sure I was happy with the result.Really recommend!
