We all have ups and downs and make mistakes, either in scheduling or time set for the appointment. Denzinger always does their best to make the accidents right and they don't hardly ever make any it's usually confusion on their consumers part. I usually hate dentists but I loved that they were great with my boys and they made sure I wasn't in pain. Also it's very nice to have people to talk to, I don't get out much! I very much liked the company. They were excellent this visit and if I keep the same Hygienist, I think I'll always be satisfied! Thank you!

Great experience at Denzinger family dental. All the staff were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They took me in on short notice for a dental problem even though I wasn't a regular patient. I now have a treatment plan that will alleviate my mouth pain.

Great experience at dentist office! How often do you hear that?? Jessica made sure i was as comfortable as possible from numbing before deep cleaning ( after numbing me with gel she then did the shots and other than some tingling and odd sensations) that was pain free, therefore making the rest of the visit pain free! She's was very courteous, professional, empathetic, thorough and fast. I feel so bad i don't remember my dentist’s name (my 1st visit when i saw her) but she was also the same as my tech - very nice, professional and did a quick, but great job with my fillings!! The rooms are high tech, just like the procedures, complete with tv and back massaging chairs!!! There are multiple dentists and hygienists at the Jeffersonville location anyway, so you never wait long at all- 3 visits and I've never waited more than 10 minutes! Front office staff also courteous, efficient and helpful in whatever way is needed. Kudos to them all! I hope soon you'll branch out across the river into Louisville! 😉😍👍

Visited Denzinger Family Dentistry on Hwy 62 for the first time today after calling yesterday for an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in and I was very thankful for that.My dental technician, Jessica, was very professional and caring. When I showed up today I warned them I was 'on-call' for my job and was very likely to receive a call from work and leave prematurely. Jessica decided it was best to get the x-rays done first, followed by the doctor's exam, then the cleaning if we had time.Dr. Chase was quick and to the point.During my cleaning, my job did call me and Jessica was accommodating, allowing me to take the call.With their expeditious work, I was in and out in 45 min and able to get to work without any issues.Happy I found my new dental clinic.

Our normal dentist retired and we had been looking for a new dentist for a year... finally!! I usually have high anxiety going to the dentist. But after my first visits, non at all. They know I'm a big baby, and take such good care of me. They are THE BEST!!They explain everything going on really well. They care about your overall care for your teeth! First off I got to say I have never had a bad experience with Denzinger at all.However, I had the pleasure of allison being my hygienist and taking care of x-rays and cleaning my teeth. She is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and happy. Her presence in the room just makes you a happier person. She definitely makes going to the dentist enjoyable. Such a wonderful attitude.

Everyone is super friendly! They did a great job with my regular cleaning (very thorough) and they were helpful when we discussed some concerns I had with a few teeth.They reassured me that likely the pressure I was feeling in those teeth was from the sinus infection I was getting over, but that I should continue to monitor the teeth for the next few weeks. They said to let them know if the pressure persisted and made me aware that there is always someone in the office to take calls on weekends if there ever was an emergency.Great experience :)

The establishment is very clean and comforting and the staff are top notch! My hygienist was friendly and explained everything she was doing so that I was fully aware and not surprised with anything!Dr. Tracy was AMAZING! She took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss my options for treatment plans. Yes, my wait time was a little long, but that's what I expect for not only a first time visit, but also from any medical field where the professionals take the time to actually listen to their patients! If you're looking for a dentist who only treats you like a number and it feels like you're just in a mediocre assembly line of patients, I wouldn't suggest Denzinger.... but if you like being heard and treated with respect and kindness, THIS IS THE PLACE!
