Christina was very nice and informative. She explained everything she was doing and why. She treated my son respectfully. Dr Monks was very nice as well. Everyone we came into contact with really seemed like they cared about you as a patient.

Dr. Monks and Karolina were great at explaining my options moving forward for care. I also absolutely love to see a woman in a field where it has historically been more male dominated, too. Super friendly staff and really educated hygienist as well.

Karolina (sp?) was great until I found out I wasn’t taking those awesome Gucci shades home! She’s amazing and the entire vibe of space is awesome. 5/5 for everything from start to finish. Highly recommendUpdated review from 1/09/25... went in for a procedure yesterday and I just wanted to add how patient and professional the staff is. I never felt any pressure or got any scare tactics from the dental team to commit to procedures and they were very transparent about the urgency and ensuring it was my decision to move forward etc etc. It was greatly appreciated and I felt like it wasnt just one big sales push the last two times I went in.highly recommend if youre in the oak park/river forest/forest park area.

I have concerns about Dentologie's business ethics. Unintentionally or intentionally, Dentologie double-billed me and my insurance for a crown 6 months ago, which led to Dentologie telling me my benefits are "maxed out" and expecting cash for prevention care, which is covered by my insurance regardless of annual maximum (which my insurance confirms has yet to be reached). My insurance has been responsive and Dentologie has only provided weak apologies from font desk staff and no solution, while pursuing my "treatment plan" for additional revenue. It's a shame because Dr. Monks seemed like a great dentist. This place is not looking out for you as a patient.

It was my first time coming to this practice. My concerns were validated and the dental hygienist Karolina made sure I was comfortable! Dr. Chen was very friendly, explained the treatment plan with ease so I could understand next steps taken. Thank you Dentologie!
