First time patient here and everything was great till it came to the end of the session. The dentist, and hygienist were amazing, but once it came to the financial consultant she started asking personal questions about my personal life with my partner who also was a first time patient today. We were looking forward to having a new dentist office but because of this we won’t be coming back here anymore. To give better context about it she asked about our intimate life if I was on the pill stating that I shouldn’t want to have kids with my partner, and that I should look for someone who can provide for me my wants and needs. One thing I can say we may not be rich but money and looks aren’t everything and maybe that’s why she’s had bad luck with her personal life but don’t compare what you think is right to other people’s life. I felt really upset and wanted to cry when hearing these things and just the idea that woman can’t see other woman happy is sad why have a pretty face when your personality or mind is ugly.

I hate when I go for one problem and they try to upsell. All I wanted was to take care of an extraction. My face was extremely swollen, I was in level 10 pain. Instead of helping me with the issue they want to start talking about a bone graft that was not mandatory at the time. I understand that I would need it sooner than later but to come in telling me I need to pay $800 for a bone graft then was bad timing and inconsiderate. I told the lady that I planned to be back soon for an implant but I wanted to focus on the problem at the moment. She argued with me and insisted I need the bone graft right then and there and. I felt like because everything I was getting was covered by insurance they were trying to find a way to makes some $$$$. This is not the impression I want to feel when I’m trusting someone with my health. will not be going back and will not ever refer anyone to this place. I found a black dentist who made me feel a lot more comfortable.

I really like this business but I would avoid scheduling an appointment on Friday afternoon. It seemed like more of a bar/ social gathering atmosphere rather than a medical facility.I am not complaining, in the least, because all work and no play……..blah, blah, blah. But earnestly, at times it was moderately unprofessional.On the up side, I enjoy the staff, the doctor and attendants bed side manner, quality and cleanliness of the equipment, and overall business practices. Because they utilize state of the art digital imaging, they were also able to identify my need for three crowns. Whereas, my previous dentist only a week before, claimed I only needed one after a cleaning and examination. Plus, I was able to use my insurance for the procedure that was denied by my previous doctor. So, of course, I highly recommend this dental outfit.Note: The elderly, individuals with children, headache/ migraine sufferers, sensitive individuals in general should be aware that their compressor is obviously enormous due to the sound and vibrations it emits. So, this might be a problem for some. We are all one!
