I don't even know where to begin with this office. When I came here the first time in 2023 and Astrid was working here it was great. Now there's all new staff and the incompetence level is unreal.I came on Nov 7 for a cleaning. My appointment was at 2pm and their xray machine was not working and they moved me back and forth from room to room until finally at 2:45pm I had my xrays done. The dentist barely looked at my mouth when I indicated that I believed I had pockets. He then said I needed a deep cleaning...okay. This is where the issue began.I also mentioned I needed new retainers so we took impressions. I was told they'd be available in 2 weeks. I had my cleaning done and left. I asked for an itemized receipt. It took me constantly calling/emailing the office about 3-4 times before I finally received this. Then I complained that I did not receive a deep cleaning I had in fact received a regular cleaning. They said okay your deep cleaning is scheduled for next week when you get your retainers. I was called and told that the lab never received my retainers and that I needed to redo the impressions. I said absolutely not I will go somewhere else please refund me for everything I paid...$1600 worth.The following week all of a sudden my retainers arrived and I am still asking for a refund on the deep cleaning. Today I was told that I got a complimentary deep cleaning and that I wasn't charged for it. As I'm looking at the itemized receipt I said so what are all these charges?? Then I was told ohhh yeah you're right you were charged your portion. I said I know, am i going to get a refund? So now I have to wait until I go in person tomorrow to try and resolve something I've been asking for from the start since November 7. This office is completely incompetent and I can't wait to take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this office AT ALL to anyone. They don't know what they're doing or what they're charging you for or in my case I was charged for a procedure I never received.
