So I was transferring my children to this dentist office as their new dentist because of multiple problems at the old dentist office. Somewhere in transition I got phone numbers mixed up and showed up here with an appointment at a whole different dentist office. Leann the receptionist helped me point out the confusion and still managed to get my daughters in the same day she was so helpful! The whole experience was amazing they had TVs overhead to show cartons while my children laid and waited and different flavor toothpaste they could choose from so the dentist could clean their teeth with. Doctor Kong was their dentist and was absolutely amazing I’ve never had my children , ages 4 & 9, lay so still, comfortable, & confident while having dental work done. The staff was very comforting towards my children and did their X-rays super gentle & made sure they understood everything that was being done to their teeth. I recommend this office to any parents trying to find the right dentist for their children in the heights area. 10/10 great work from everyone around. Also they were given a bag with a toothbrush & toothpaste per their age group with chapstick that smelled wonderful. The main thing I loved was that the parents are able to go back with their children which was not allowed at their last dentist office being one of the main reasons for me switching. Thank you so much Dentini Pediatrics for all you did for my children’s oral health. They look forward to their next appointment!

We provided our insurance card but they insisted they needed a SSN to prove we have insurance. (All experts tell you to never share your SSN for data privacy reasons so we don't and have never had an issue.) All they had to do was call the insurance phone number on our card to verify. But instead they were difficult and unaccommodating. Next time just be honest and say you want a SSN to send people to collections if they don't pay.

When I called to make my son’s appointment, I had high hopes. The office is so clean and kid friendly. From the minute we walked in, I knew it would be a great experience. I love their approach with toddlers. My son did not cry! I was so surprised! All of the staff, hygienists, and Dr Briceno were amazing. Highly highly recommended and I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Dr. Briceno and her team go out of their way to make a trip to the dentist as pleasant experience as possible. My kids are both very tough patients and they show them nothing but patience, support, and care. So grateful for this level of affordable, quality care.
