I have been there twice so far. My first visit, I was very skeptical and suspicious of this office because of some mixed reviews I read. I left my first visit pretty upset, because I never got the cleaning that I was told I was going to get on the phone. Trying to contact the office to get something scheduled was a complete nightmare too, because the answering service sucked- which didn’t help my first impression of this office either. At this visit I was also told that I had gingivitis, which was something I have never been told before. After this visit, I did take to heart what they said, and tried to improve my oral hygiene practices even more.Skip ahead to today, I finally get to have my teeth cleaned, and the office staff said I am scheduled for a regular cleaning. I get called back (pretty quickly) and the dentist says I am getting a gingivitis cleaning. I kept questioning why I couldn’t just get a regular cleaning, and Renee explained the type of cleaning I needed and showed me inside my mouth exactly why I needed that type of cleaning. She also explained how a regular cleaning wouldn’t be as effective. She knew I was hesitant because I have been going to the same dentist for 29 years, so this was a huge change for me, but Renee made me feel comfortable the whole time.The front end staff were all very nice as well, but I did hear them talking a lot about how people they hire don’t last very long because they don’t like the job and quit- maybe you shouldn’t be talking about that when patients are sitting only 5 feet away.

Dr Oris, is the very best, He is so fair and made me feel so at ease with getting my teeth pulled and my new denture too. He has been there for me every step of the way to adjust, fix and help me maintain my dental needs , I highly recommend him!

Don't even waste your time they'll cancel your appointment 3 times before you actually get seen. They've done this to both of my kids and my wife 2+ times each in the last 6 months. I'm finding another dentist that respects their customers

You gotta roll with this crew as you see it coming on the other hand I’ve been going to Dental Works well over 25 years and I can tell you 95% of the time I get really good service and care also the Doc is always spot on.I highly recommend them
