I was experiencing pain. Dr. Picchetti's staff arranged an appointment, Dr. Picchetti and his nurse identified source of pain, needed treatment, and important steps to follow. I appreciate knowing that I am in excellent care at dental works on Skokie Blvd. I value their thorough explanations, no rush, and attentiveness to questions as well as providing estimates of cost. Additionally they furnished referrals for specialized care near my residence so as to further make certain of positive dental health for me. I very highly recommend them!

Frustrating Experience with DentalWorks OrthodonticsAfter nearly 19 months of Invisalign treatment with DentalWorks Orthodontics, I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service and consistency across their offices. Due to repeated office closures and orthodontist changes, I’ve been forced to switch between five different DentalWorks locations, some as far as 90 minutes away from home.Most recently, I had impressions taken and a follow-up scheduled, only to be informed just two days prior that my retainers weren’t ready. The estimated timeframe for retainers is now a staggering eight weeks after impressions, with no commitment on when I can secure a follow-up appointment. Attempts to reschedule have led to endless delays, including waiting over 48 hours for callbacks that never came. All calls are routed through a call center that merely relays messages without providing any actual support or solutions.My Invisalign treatment started in April 2023, but nearly five months of that time has been wasted due to DentalWorks’ failure to follow up on basic steps like X-rays and impressions.If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, avoid DentalWorks. They lack the consistency and responsiveness essential for a smooth treatment experience.

Waited for over an hour for my son to be seen by an orthodontist. Waiting for 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointment is expected at the Skokie location. Billing is a mess, we’ve been charged multiple times for the same procedure and have had to wait weeks to get reimbursed. Doctors quit and patients are not notified. I would not recommend this office.

Awful experience. So I went to this new dentist after my insurance switched me. I had x-rays done and they refuse to do a cleaning in the same day which I get why because they had me sit for two hours !!! So they did the exam and said I had 6 cavities!!! I go to the dentist regularly and take care of my teeth. So I was shocked. They never showed me them on the x-rays nothing. I got a second opinion and that dentist said I have NONE. They believe that they wanted to replace my silver filing. What a scam!!!
