Pros: The three stars are for the oral surgeon Dr Krajekian. He did a phenomenal job removing an implant post that was incorrectly placed by a former dentist. Cons: The office manager Andrew. I paid via credit card and cash and was told by him and receptionist Debbie that they do not give receipts for cash. I know that wasn't true. In the meantime my insurance paid the same exact bill a few weeks later and I called Andrew to receive a refund and was given the runaround for several months without any resolution. I called another office to see if there was a refund initiated and was told it was refunded to my credit card and there wasn't a refund for the cash to date. I found out today that the remainder was refunded to an old credit card that I used months ago and I did not authorize that transaction. Andrew never called me to inform me how I wanted my payment received or when it was even sent. I should have gotten a check or cash back. Plus I had to find this information from another Dental Works location about the transactions on my account. I'm so mad right now.

My hygienist Suzanne was absolutely wonderful today. She was extremely thorough. She took the time to make sure it was all done correctly. She was very patient and compassionate to my comfort throughout the procedure. She is the perfect definition of someone who cares and has pride in what they do. I truly wish there were more just like her. Thank you again Suzanne. You are irreplaceable!!!

Such a great experience! I had a dental need this morning. They didn’t have to make room for me but they made it happen. From the front desk staff to the dentist they were amazing! I’m always very nervous at the dentist and the dental assistant who was with me during my entire procedure was so compassionate and helped me so much. Thank you to the entire team today! You made my experience so much less stressful! I found my new dentist!! If I could give 10 stars! I would!

Susanna and Trish were very helpful and provided great in depth quality services during my routine visit recently. Susanna went above and beyond by going the extra mile to clean my teeth, doing an extra polish before my departure. Smooth and easy appointment.

I had a very bad experience at the Mayfield Heights branch yesterday. I will be going there today, to see the owner, who was not in yesterday. The guy checking me out was very unprofessional. He kept asking me for my credit, or debit card, to pay for yesterday's visit. He told me that I owe $581.00, and would not even listen, when I tried to tell.him, that I am covered by insurance, for the entire amount. I did not pay the bill. I will get his name today. This took place in the front of the office, where several other employees heard what was going on. No one even tried to help me, I am very distraught. I thought that I sent this awhile ago. I must have been so upset, that I didn't post this survey. I did go back, and I spoke to the owner. She told me that they are short staffed. That is not a good reason. Andrew is who gave me a hard time, because I would not give him my debit card. Now they claim that I owe $2,000.00. They don't understand that my insurance covers $4,500.00 per year. I will let Anthem Full Dual Advantage Insurance, deal with them.
