This is the best dental practice I’ve been ever had. The staff are kind and courteous. They are also gentle with their technique. Dr. Tamimi is not only an excellent dentist, but he is kind. Additionally, he doesn’t use high pressure sales techniques like I’ve seen at other practices around town. I cannot recommend them enough!

Everything about my appointment was great from the moment I walked in all the way until checking out. However, I didn’t like the constant calling before hand. They were in in of my insurance since it had changed since the last time I was there. I work during the day so my phone is on DND. I didn’t like the back to back calling. Once I did pick up the phone I was greeted with a women who provided me with a very rude attitude and demanded my insurance information instead of asking for it nicely. I told her I was working and couldn’t speak. I was able to come into the office early before my appointment and provide the needed information. The rude harassment was unnecessary.

I appreciate your expertise and compassion when it come to my teeth! I received some challenging dental work last month and didn’t feel a thing. I’m a big baby when it comes to mouth pain but the dental assistant and dentist were gentle as can be and made sure my pain level was minimal to none. Did amazing job on the teeth cleaning yesterday as well.Thank you Dental Works Easton! 😊
