Went in and got a mold for my partials. A month later at a scheduled appointment they told me they had to re do them because the molds did not work but they would fast track and finalize. They called and said they were in and set me back to come in. Got in and it wast the final, another month away. I don’t know why they didn’t do the impression the first time like they did the second time, except maybe they rushed. Their communication is horrible! Wanted to give a one star but trying not to let my emotions get in the way. Did not find out it was the wax ones til I got there and set in the chair!

They call people to change their reviews when rated badly so be weary when reading these positive reviews… They make promises they don’t keep to manipulate costumers. They charge people for items they didn’t receive. Avoid this place!!! Horrible horrible horrible and I feel bad for anyone who has been duped by them!
