Disappointing Experience at Dental kids clubToday's dental appointment for my son was unfortunately unsuccessful due to poor accommodations for single parents with young children. As a solo parent, I'm always on my own with my three kidsThe staff assumed I had additional help, which isn't reality. Worse still, they suggested leaving my newborn and toddler unattended in the lobby while my autistic son received treatment. This is unacceptable, considering safety risks and potential distress.I'm shocked by the staff's lack of understanding and flexibility. As a single parent, I require more support, not dismissal. Leaving my autistic child unattended wasn't an option.Given this experience, I've lost confidence in this dental office and won't be rescheduling.I hope the office will consider single parents' needs and children with special requirements, providing accommodating services.
