To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to share my mom experience with Dr. Sin at Dental International Unfortunately, her visits were not satisfactory and very tortured due to issues of misdiagnosis, unprofessional behavior etc. She had unnecessary dental implants put in can you imagine on your 79-year-old lady just to bill the insurance.During her treatment, she experienced a lot trauma do to very painful procedures prolonged pain due to mistakes, lack of communication, the doctor did want to continue to see her because she kept coming back due to the procedure. strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before trusting this office with major dental work.Based on my mother experience, I would not recommend Dr. Sin to others seeking quality dental care. I hope this feedback helps others make informed

I chose this place because it was close to my job and because they offer late appointments. However, I'm never going back. I had to leave from my last two visits because the provider is always running an hour late. My last appointment was at 4pm yesterday, I arrived on time, I request to leave early from my job, I have to pick up my kids by 5pm from their after school program and they tell me the doctor wont see me until 4:50pm??? are you kidding me? I have a life, I have things to do. But if you get late they decline to see you (which is not my case), but when the doctor is running late you have to wait for them??? Ridiculous..I have no complain about the front-desk staff, they're nice. But it seems that this specific doctor can never run on time.

Everyone was very polite and professional. They all did a wonderful job and provided me with complete and effective care and service. All of my questions were answered by the dentist.

I had an incredible experience with Dental Health International. The staff is exceptionally friendly and patient, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. They always keep the clinic clean and organized, which I really appreciate. I have OCD, and sometimes I find myself rinsing my mouth or washing my hands more than usual. The team here is so understanding and never makes me feel judged. They are patient and genuinely caring, which means a lot to me. I highly recommend Dental Health International for anyone looking for a supportive and non-judgmental dental care experience!

Arrived a few minutes earlier but had not filled out a form they had sent me by email and which I hadI not seen. I finished on time when the dental assistant came to get me. This dental assistant was new and very nice. The dentist found no cavities when she looked in and proceeded to cleaning and the cleaning was great. The dental assistant had the vacuum cleaner that sucks the saliva. She did not let me choke with the saliva. She was very good. At other dentists offices I have been to I struggled with the saliva accumulation because the assistants were not really into it to suck it out. This time I did not have to struggle to close my mouth and swallow because I didn´t have to.I did appreciate that very much. I spoke to the dentist about doing some cosmetic work on my lower front teeth but we will discuss it in full at my next appointment. She told me it would be full price which I assume goes into the thousands. I do not know if TUFTS health dental plan will pay a 20%. I have to check this before I commit to the work and see if I can afford it and perhaps make a payment plan.There I met an acquaintance who told me she has always gone there for her dental work. It was nice to see her and that we use the same dentist.
