DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The folks running this place need to see thier customers flee and the appointments dry up and hit thier wallets so they can see that YOU NEED TO HIRE AND TRAIN CAPABLE INTELLIGENT HUMANS to work your office or people will NOT COME TO YOU.Hands down the WORST dental office I've ever been in and that's saying alot as I switched from the Monrovia location because I though THAT was the worst I've ever experienced. Front desk people, all of them, lack any kind of coherent training on the customer experience. No active listening skills, no comprehension of personal soft skills. Seemingly zero background knowledge of the very industry in which they're employed. No problem solving skills. The worst is when the office manager for no reason out of nowhere told the lady at the front desk that my insurance won't cover a single tooth extraction only 3 or more ( like, what!!??!). That's the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard and this was as I was leaving the consultation appointment before a pre-auth or anything was ever submitted to my insurance. When I spoke to my insurance they said that's the craziest thing they've heard and had no idea why someone would tell me that, when it's not her role to do so. Left and never going back. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I understand all the reviews. I stopped coming here long ago for poor customer service and they always wanted to over charge me, and on top of a bad experience. I have always been good with my dental appointments but because of bad experience I stopped coming.DO NOT COME HERE!

Scam. Avoid at all costs.I made three appointments for a cleaning and was denied service each time.Company is over capacity and understaffed. They've discovered that they can collect co-pays and not offer service by overbooking and making people wait to the point that they leave or close the office. Please avoid this dentistry and book somewhere else.
