My review is no reflection on the doctor I’m sure shes great; it’s about the receptionist. Earlier this week, I had an appointment scheduled, but on the day of, I received a call saying they don’t accept my insurance. They claimed to have notified me a day earlier, but I received no call, text, email, or voicemail. What’s even more frustrating is that when I initially scheduled the appointment as a new patient, they told me over the phone they accepted my insurance, only to later contradict that and lie about sending a notice the day before that they did not take my insurance, which they didn’t.To make matters worse, the receptionist who called me was the same one who originally booked my appointment. When I asked about getting an earlier slot if any cancellations came up (as some places keep a separate list for that), I was told they’d send me a text the same day. I waited two or three days, then finally called them back myself, only to have the same receptionist tell me there were no cancellations available. They completely forgot to inform me, which is absolutely ridiculous. It is absolutely inconceivable to sit here wasting peoples time like this when they are seeking dental care especially when I noted in new patient paperwork I needed to be seen for dental issues as soon as possible. But of course this person continues to provide a absolute piss poor performance regardless.So here is a simple solution, replace this receptionist, that is simply it or completely retrain them I simply don’t care I only care that no one should have to deal with such unbelievable piss poor performance again at A MEDICAL FACILITY of all places.
