Well here we are a month later and after several emails back and forth with Groupon, still no refund. This is terrible business practices. They could have at least honored the Groupons that had been purchased. This has been the biggest hassle and pain. My appointment was also scheduled 2 weeks before my wedding so I had no time to find an appointment elsewhere, but still did not keep my appointment here due to the terrible customer service."
