Terrible experience as a new patient. I booked a clean and new patient booking and after an hour of photos and X-rays was upsold some extensive treatment for 15 mins which I then declined at which point they said they no longer had time to do my clean. Because they spent so long focused on selling me the treatment I didn’t want to do. I had to force them to do the clean due to my dissatisfaction but they explained that the dentist who was due to examine me as part of the new patient booking was no longer available and would come see me after they finished with their current patient so I waited 30 mins in the dentist chair. Eventually I just left but was told I hadn’t completed my new patient appointment so would have to come back and do it all over again. Terrible experience.

Switched to Dental Designs after a poor experience with another dentist, and I’m so happy I made the switch!! Everyone was so kind and everything was explained with many opportunities to ask questions. There was no pressure to choose one option over the other and I felt like they really cared about me as a patient and respected my input. It was an excellent collaboration of care! Highly recommend!!
