I have been seeing Dr Patton for 30 years and cannot say enough great things about his compassion, knowledge and expertise. My frustration is with the office situation. I never had a problem with scheduling/ billing when Dr. Patton was the owner. Since corporate take over there have been issues with billing and lately with booking appointments. I was forced to reschedule a cleaning that I scheduled 6 months ago and am now waiting an additional 2 months for my cleaning. This is not good patient care, especially if they have dental issues. If someone is going to be out with 2 weeks notice and the staffing doesn’t allow for rescheduling in a timely manner, they should be replaced/ covered by employees ( I know they have used temporary staff before) Again this is no complaint against the providers, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, just a comment on and note of frustration with the front office

My experience with Dental Care of Solon continues to be stellar the 12 years I have used them. Their staff is caring and upbeat and have positive energy. I had an issue with a tooth and called and was able to see Dr. Mdanat the same day. He was very caring, explained what he was doing and gave me the only pain-free numbing shot experience I’ve ever had. (I usually grip the chair and brace myself.) He evaluated my tooth with all kinds of tech and installed a temporary crown immediately. I’m going back for the permanent crown in 2 weeks.Wonderful practice with two excellent dentists!! Lucky to have them here in Solon!

From the front desk to the techs to Dr Patton, there is Kindness, Patience, laughter and a sense of community. I can’t begin to express my Gratitude. Especially after struggling with a lifetime of dental trauma. I’ve found MY dental family! So Thankful!

I’ve been going to Dr. Patton for years. He’s so personable and professional and is a master at putting you at ease. His staff is top notch as well. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
