Dental Care Center Reviews
Where do I begin? Well I can say for sure I’m thankful I didn’t have teeth when I came to this office. I came here for dentures and got way more than i could chew. To start I was accepted as a patient a couple weeks before the dentist decided she didn’t want to work there anymore, so I got a call my wax fitting was ready but we don’t have a dentist so you can’t try them in until we find one. Several months later the dentist (in my opinion) trying to avoid a lawsuit says she’s “volunteering” to resolve any existing patients. She puts poligrip powder in my wax try in and says yeah that fits meanwhile my teeth don’t even touch no matter how I try I have no midline- not surprising though as she couldn’t walk a straight line the morning she did the measurements for the wax fitting; she stumbled several times. She tells me she’ll have the teeth made bigger and I assume that would mean another wax try in to make sure they’re correct, right? No. She makes the teeth slightly bigger (the very yellow tiny baby teeth mind you) and has them set in the final result. A different lady does my final try in and wouldn’t you know it they don’t fit at all, way to big to even glue in. We tried that and the glue ended up just all over my mouth and the outside of the denture. They don’t say well this is on us and we need to fix this. They say take them home and we will call you after we talk to your insurance about a re-line. Re-lines happen years down the road after you’ve used your dentures for quite some time. Not brand new dentures. So I refuse to take them. During all of our many phone transactions I’ve been cussed at, yelled at, and hung up on many times. Volunteers or not you don’t treat people that way. This stopped once I informed them I’ve recorded our conversations. Then it went to which conversations etc- worry is what I heard. Piper Narey is still a dentist in this town just at a new location and place of business- I use that term loosely. If you have a toothache I recommend seeing a veterinarian over her.PSWhile at my appointment she was smoking outside the back door and the whole office reeked of cigarette smoke. But for our health my husband couldn’t be in the room with me.
