On 11/13/24, I met with Dr. Elhosary for the first time. I found her to be very gentle, kind, and compassionate. She was very responsive to my needs and came up with a custom-tailored treatment plan that works very well for me given my current financial situation. Amber the Hygienist was extremely kind as well.

I had my first visit this week and I am so glad I chose to go to Dental Care at The Landing. Not only is the place beautiful but everyone working there is just amazing! I’m so glad I took the chance on a new dentist office. During my visit they did a lot of X-rays, scans and even asked me if I wanted to do a mouth cancer check. My old dentist didn’t even check for that. They are so thorough during the visit! I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely stay put. Thanks for the great service! I’m happy to say I found my forever dentist!

Twenty minutes late to appointment time. Atrocious bedside manner. Went in because I had something stuck in my teeth that was really really bothering me. Turns out I had a cavity back there and in hind sight I’m thinking a piece of the tooth was lodged from breaking off the weakened tooth after eating. Sent through X-rays. One tech did try to floss it out but was unsuccessful. Dentist came in told me about the cavity, and “three others” and pushed invisilign for bottom teeth then said “any questions” yes could you get whatever is stuck in my tooth out? “I can try to floss but you have a cavity.” Well later on I dislodged whatever it was myself. Went back to get the cavity filled and she hardly said hello, rushed through the cavity. Didn’t ask if my bite was comfortable (it isn’t the filling is too high)I’d complain for my wife and her appointment but I’d rather her do it herself to give them another one star review.Second worst dentist I’ve had after the one that chipped my tooth and pretended it was there the whole time.

Be prepared to be sold an enormous amount of items other than a cleaning. Very disappointing to be turned away to schedule a cleaning 3 months later and put on a "program" with many upsell items presented to me, then wanted money upfront before consulting my insurance company. I understand the pressures of a start up business. Don't look to take advantage of a new customer. My dentist in the north, and everything is fine. Very frustrating experience.
