I had one of the best dentist office experiences I've ever had here! Dr. Manepalli was so thoughtful and gracious in helping me understand my treatment plan. The technician was so thorough and took great care during my cleaning and spent extra time on me when their schedule was full. Looking forward to improving my dental health with this team!

I am writing this review because I am extremely upset about how Dental Care at Ellis Crossing has handled my billing. I received services in March of 2024 and paid my bill prior to services so when I got a bill I was surprised. When I inquired about the balance I was told that I do not have a balance and to not worry about it. Then the next month I got another bill and I called again asking about this balance and again I was told there wasn't a balance and to not worry about it. I called a 3rd and 4th time at which I didn't get a call back. So when I got a text message today from the collection agency I was really upset. This is not cool and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever visited. Dr. Manepalli is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares for her patients. Marayam is an outstanding dental hygienist—she was very attentive, took her time explaining everything thoroughly, and demonstrated an incredible work ethic. Chelsea and the team put a lot of care and effort into taking the x-rays. I previously had a filling done here, and I’m returning for another filling and cleaning. I’m very pleased with the level of care and service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Maryam was great. I had a deep cleaning and I was so surprised that I don't have any soreness or pain. I was dreading coming to the dentist like always. But she was extremely gentle during the deep cleaning. Please come see Maryam for a deep cleaning!!!
