Ive been going here for 15-20 years and have never had a bad experience from orthodontic work to a simple cleaning. Recently I had not been in far too long, teeth were stained and had build up. Michelle did a great job bringing my teeth back and are looking great. Thank you for always being a trusted member of the family Dr. Gallo and the team that surrounds him!

Pleasant from the moment I arrived until the moment I left! Got a great cleaning by Michelle, who is very gentle and doesn’t rush. Dr. Gallo is a cool guy. Very nice atmosphere with gentle music.

The hygienists are nice, but everything else is a disaster. Several of my fillings done by this office have caused lasting pain and crack and fall out instantly. They fill your teeth fast and leave jagged edges. Then, they will blame you for all of your tooth pain you have to live with afterwards. They’ve accidentally injected so much novocaine into me that I’ve gone numb from the shoulders up, and ignored me when I tried to express my concern at the time. They also won’t tell you if you have an unpaid expense or if your insurance doesn’t cover your procedure, which they don’t offer any modern payment methods for anyways. I gave them more than enough chances and I will not be going back.

Dr. Gallo - the man of few words. 😂. Seriously, he does a great job though. You just have to get the guy. It’s a wonderful office with wonderful staff. Just don’t expect to be buddy buddy with him and you’ll be golden. He’s your dentist, not your friend anyway.
