It’s frustrating when a long-standing relationship with a service provider feels undervalued, especially in circumstances beyond your control. After 23 years of loyalty to this dental practice, I’m incredibly disappointed with how they’ve handled recent situations. I had to cancel my appointment due to being sick with COVID, and they insisted on charging a $95 cancellation fee, even though it was unavoidable and out of my control. Earlier this year, I had to reschedule another appointment due to my newborn being sick, they waived the fee then knowing it was also out my control. It’s disheartening to see that compassion and understanding for long-term patients no longer seem to be priorities here. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Don't expect anything but problems after going here. The dentist are just looking to make a quick buck and could care less about the quality of there work.
