I wanted to go somewhere that was close enough to walk to before the end of the year (have to justify paying the insurance) and although there were a couple places closer, they didn't seem to have the best reviews. Glad I went here. The doctor pointed out something that I'm sure has been an ongoing issue and that due to my dietary choices I'd been thinking about but no one had ever pointed out before. And it's (thankfully) not outrageously expensive to deal with through my insurance. She showed me what she was talking about and didn't really hurt me like other dentists in the past.While I kind of wish I could automatically book online, I know it's not common for dentists offices to have and I will say when I filled out the request I had someone reach out to me same day (even though I'd filled it out end of business day) and set up my appointment for the following week (I reached out just before Thanksgiving so did not expect it that week anyway). This was over text which I much preferred to a call and was faster than an email. They also confirmed my appointment via text the day before.When I got there I was seen right away. The only "wait" time was the time it took me to fill out the new patient forms. Didn't waste any time. Good experience overall.EDIT: my dentist told me about some damage to my teeth she thought was the result of digestive issues and that's come to a head. After my cleaning I talked to my pcp about but I'm now getting specialized care for it and it was surprising but welcome to have it pointed out by my dentist so I could try to be proactive (although it did get worse even with those steps unfortunately) in treating it.
