So I called back to reschedule and also have the wisdom tooth extracted since the filling failed again. They referred me to an oral surgeon since they don't do extractions anymore and hung up before I could get a new date for my cleaning. I stopped receiving a bill and forgot about it until I had an emergency and they refused to see me until I paid in full. I explained what happened and that paying that much all at once was too much but they still wouldn't see me until it was paid off. I was able to pay it down but had another emergency come up (lost a filling, had the noticeable decay odor on my breath and heard a snap while flossing) and they were still weeks out despite the emergency. I've been going here since I was a child (save for a few years they didn't accept my works dental plan) but unfortunately it's not the same as it used to be. I've talked to a few former patients who have had similar experiences and the dentist I just recently went to said he's been having quite a few new patients from here saying a lot of the same. Hopefully they figure it out but I'm done with them and would advise anyone else to avoid their services."
