I have been going to DR Dental for a while now. Never had any complaints, until today. I had X-rays done, and a cleaning. The dentist was supposed to come in and check things over. The hygienist kept telling me he would be there in a few minutes. After about a half hour wait, I advised I wasn't waiting for him any longer. As I'm leaving, I find out he wasn't even there, but at their other location. Had I known.that, I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting.

Please be cautious of this clinic. I went there almost 8 months ago with severe pain in my tooth when chewing.. Was told i had a cavity and it requires a minor filling, they did the work & told me of 2 other fillings I will need. 2 weeks later I still suffered in pain and went back.. The dentist said it was cracked and added some material to the tooth. I then called again a week later and said it’s still quite painful to chew food, and almost feels worse - he told me to come in again - was told at my next visit that fillings can sometimes take up to 6 months to heal, if it doesn’t, then they can do a temporary filling, & if that doesn’t work, then a root canal… 8 months later I went somewhere else - they re-did the filling and when I asked about the other 2 cavities - they said I don’t have any!!!! Needless to say, it’s about a week later and I can FINALLY chew food on the right side of my mouth again..Scary to think someone you trust to drill in your mouth could lie to you and try to sell you work you don’t need, & could possibly cause more problems that require more invasive and expensive work to fix.. $$$$$$ - someone should use the money they are thieving from their customers and pay someone to clean their bathrooms 🤢Not sure why google doesn’t offer minus stars but this place would get a whole lot of them.

Dr Kamal and Dr Dana are very amazing with profound knowledge with their handwork, Myself and my family have experienced painless and highly efficient dental treatments besides this they are very patient and listened to our concerns throughly and suggested the best treatment plan after discussing our case with radiogrpahs Dr Kamal was very quick and meticulos with fillings procedure also demonstrated high care and hygiene throughout the treatment.The Hygenist was realy amazing and knowledgable. I can trust them blindly for my any dental treatments.Receptionists were very helpful with rescheduling dates. I highly recommend anyone considering dental treatment to visit D R Dental team, Ull never be dissappointed thats for sure !

It was my first time coming. It was recommended clinic by my partner. I came for a cleaning and I constantly talked about my gums and pockets since I build up easily and have to go every 3 months & do vigorous cleaning. The hygienist assigned to me COMPLETELY ignored cleaning my gums and just focused on the stains on my teeth. After I finished my cleaning and returned, my partner said there was still bad breath. Very unsatisfied. Now I have to wait 3 more months and consequently 6 months of plague & bacteria build up on my gums and pockets. Thinking of just going back to my old clinic even if this one takes insurance and my old one doesn't. They still did better job.
