Dr. Kevin is AWESOME! and April tells it like it is-so great to have professional, caring dentists and staff right here in Delta. They have good specials from time to time for cleaning/ x rays for first time patients too. I saw them for a pretty difficult extraction-will definitely go back. Parking can be a problem as they share a small lot with a busy Verizon store.

Well service was ok BUT doesn't deserve any stars! they said it was cleared with the insurance so I paid my part . Come to find out insurance wasn't contacted or cleared to proceed ..in trying to clear it up I wasn't informed and was out into collections ..the dentist office didn't get a hold of the insurance company and refused to take the insurance number ..refused to let me talk to the accounts payable person who works from home. Insurance says they have the check but again dentist office can't confirm because I'm not in the system nowMake sure if you use Crested Oak to get everything in writhing and a confirmation from your insurance before proceedingWhat a nightmare this has been!
