Sadly this dentist went from high ethics and professionalism to mediocrity and no interest in holding her staff accountable. Front office “manager” is incompetent. Raised this problem with Dr Torres but evidently she’s too busy to care about a bad experience. Started a “plan” months ago and to date - no viable follow up. Doc hasn’t even bothered to respond to my concerns about the need to chase her staff for a return call. Too bad. Liked her but it’s just no longer tolerable.Update: Did you notice the ridiculous response? Another one of her front office employees sending responses that are worse than not responding at all. After months of trying to call them and get them to call me back those idiots really had the audacity to Ask me to call them??? Are you freaking kidding me right now???This so-called "professional" dentist started a "plan" to restore my lower fronts, did Step 1, then DROPPED THE BALL after that leaving my two lower fronts unstable/unsupported.Seriously - Who Does This???Updated: did you see the ridiculous response from the owner? If the "owner" was that interested in making it right - MAKE THE CALL. Why wait for me to check the Google Review?LAME LAME LAME

Been here for 3 years now, and I had to update my review. Trust me after your 3rd or 4th visit you won’t be impressed at all with this provider. If you need a dentist who knows how to plan out and prioritize your treatment plan this is not the dentist for you. Imagine going to a dentist for 3 years and still waiting to have your original concerns from day one addressed! The only pride this provider takes in her work is how pretty her crowns look…🤦🏾‍♀️ I am extremely disappointed with the loss of progress since becoming a patient of this dental practice.

Dr Won Lee is a very good Oral Surgeon. Friendly and pleasant. Shots didn’t hurt and work performed was good too. Only thing when the assistant took my BP it wasn’t correct. I even told her I had checked it at home at 12:30pm and my BP was 127/73Thank you Dr Won Lee.Michele
