From the beginning the staff was friendly and helpful. They saw me same day because I needed care right away.Dr. Tay helped me and checked on my progress several times by phon. I have never had a doctor call himself and check on my progress.Impressive from start to finish. It’s very rare to find a doctor that actually cares enough to follow up with you. I highly recommend this office. My husband had a root canal here and had the same awesome experience.

I was referred to Dr. Cox by my dentist for a root canal procedure yesterday and It was my first root canal so I was nervous but I must say this office is outstanding in more ways than one. I had a warm welcoming and the office is very clean and modern! The procedure was not painful for me and it lasted about an hour and a half. Everything was explained and I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his staff.

Doctor Tay and his team were amazing. I had never had a root canal before and heard all of the horror stories before my procedure. Doctor Tay spoke with me about my concerns and assured me the procedure would be quick and painless. My root canal was less eventful than cleanings I have had at other offices. I will definitely be returning if I need another procedure.

I have just come home from my visit with Dr. Tay and the staff at Cox and Tay Endodontics.I scrolled through all the ratings left by other patients. They were all FIVE star ratings other than two four stars (due to a wait time). I see why they are all FIVE STARS!!First , I would had waited an hour if needed to receive the care they gave me and would still give them a FIVE star rating. The WHOLE staff was Amazing!!! Dr Tay, he is above and beyond AMAZING! My root canal was probably the hardest one or kind to have to perform. The canals had calcified or calcium build up in them so they were extremely hard to see let alone to clean out, I am sure! It took a longer time than most (maybe any ) root canal takes. Dr. Tay was patient and diligent with getting it finished and so very kind and concerned with my well being. Making sure the whole time I was doing ok and if in need of a rest and that I was comfortable. I can’t say enough as to how wonderful they all are!THANK YOU !! To all of the STAFF & DR. TAY!!
