I went for my first appointment with countryside dental group yesterday evening and had a very poor experience. There were only 4 seats in the waiting room when I got there and they were all full. Then I waited for 40 min from my appointment time before proceeding to leave because I had other obligations and could no longer wait. If this is how they treat their first time patients, I can’t imagine how they treat patients who have been with them for a while. Dental work is a service that I am paying for and I expect to be satisfied when I leave, and I was most certainly not satisfied yesterday. 0/10 for customer service. It’s so hard to find good customer service these days and countryside dental was not it for me.

Everyone was very kind. The office is clean. The modern innovations and technology were very impressive! My dental hygienist, Dana was thorough and explained everything. We even got treats when we left :)
