Based on recent customer feedback, Connecticut Dental Associates offers a mixed experience. One customer reported a positive first appointment, noting the friendliness of both the staff and the doctor, who was perceived as serious about his work. This patient also appreciated the prompt service, being seen shortly after completing paperwork despite arriving a few minutes late.
However, another customer shared a less positive experience involving a long drive for an appointment concerning the removal of previously placed root canals. This patient reported feeling rushed during the examination due to the approaching closing time, which caused discomfort given their need for partial dentures and concerns about coverage limitations. Additionally, this customer found scheduling follow-up appointments with the receptionist challenging.
Connecticut Dental Associates can be contacted at (203) 889-0278 or +1 203-889-0278 for inquiries about their services. Connecticut Dental Associates Reviews
Had a great experience for my first appointment. The staff was friendly and so was the doctor. I can tell he’s very serious about his work. I got there 5 minutes late and filled out the paperwork and they called my name 10 minutes later.
Aug 07, 2024 · Dionna DaSilvaDrove 2 hours for a 3:30pm appointment. Need three root canals removed that I had put in at this practice. Theu called me into a room 10 mins before closing to absolutely rush me when I expressed how uncomfortable that made me due to the fact I'd be needing partial dentures. I have state they cover one set every 7 years and I know if I lose any more teeth I can't afford a set out of pocket. They rushed the exam not even caring about the issues I've been dealing with and when everything was said and done the respecionist who had to make me my follow ups was not easy to work with my schedule. I had to drive 2 hours to get there
Sep 12, 2024 · Mysti AllingIf the liquor store above it didn’t send you a red flag, maybe this will.Zero stars. Went in for a root canal, kept saying it hurt, kept being told it’s just sore & it’ll get better. Over a year later & it hurts worse than before I got the root canal. I don’t even want to ask them to fix it. I’m finding somewhere else. Same exact thing happened to another person I know who went here too. The cleanings aren’t great either unless your teeth are already perfect, so. Do with that what you will.Just save yourself the time and find somewhere else to go, honestly. The ONLY nice thing I have to say about this place is the assistants are sweet.
Dec 15, 2023 · Maddie L.If I could give them a Zero, I would. The front desk are horrible at doing their jobs and very rude. They've hung up on my face multiple times. Whenever I contact the Office by phone or e-mail. No one gets back to me. I literally have to go out of my way to get to them. The dental service I have recieved also is not up to standards. It doesn't matter what insurance a patient has, the best products and customer service should be given. There is not a consistent dentist on site. Every 1-2 days there is someone different. Feels like an assembly line. Not cool. I'm beyond frustrated and ready to move onto a new dentist once my current treatment is completed. Literally in discomfort, I let the front desk know and yet no one does anything about it. The dentist should be available to speak with their patients no matter the concern. I know how it goes and the fact that I'm being brushed off is disgusting. Not a happy patient at all especially since now I need procedures that I know for sure I should not need if the work was done right in the 1st place. The doctors and assistants clearly need more schooling and experience. This office does not care about their patient.
Jun 29, 2023 · ChrisAbsolutely awful now. I don't know if they are now under a new ownership but the care and professionalism is gone. I made my appointment over 6 weeks ago and said that I wanted the first appointment and to please let me know if there were any issues. I confirmed my appointment - twice - and arrived 15 minutes early today. Waited an hour and then asked what the deal was. I was told they were "short staffed" and there were still 2 people ahead of me. This happened once already this summer. How can you be "short staffed". I had an appointment with the DOCTOR. And when I did have an emergency earlier this year you "fit me in" 2 weeks after I called and now I guess it's who you know to get seen asap. I am calling my insurance provider to ensure that they are not billing for these appointments that they could not keep. If a patient doesn't hold up their end of an appointment, they are charged. our time is just as valuable as yours.
