I've been going to this dentist for 25 years, and lately, they've been a total letdown. They send out a text to confirm appointments a couple of days before, but don't even bother to update their records. I showed up twice with a confirmed appointment text, only to be told I didn't have an appointment that day. The front desk staff couldn't care less about the inconvenience they caused.The cherry on top was that I was scheduled for a 9 am this morning, never received a confirmation text, and called 3 times between 8-8:30 am, left a message and never heard back.The only positive aspect is the hygienist, Ashton. She's friendly and does a great job, but that's about it. Look elsewhere for a dentist that actually values your time and keeps their records up to date.

Cannot say enough about the care I receive here!Ashton is an amazing hygienist who really knows her stuff and Dr Moscow is kind and super knowledgeable.I am extremely happy with the care!

Definitely not the same experience as Dr Dym and Cindy. Dr. Moscow is fine the front desk was fine. I felt the Hygienist was pushing immediate extra services as the first option . Dr. Moscow advised to wait and recheck in 6 months.. Her demeanor changed a little and things seemed a little rushed after that. Not sure if I will continue with this office.

Complete waste of my time coming here. I felt the doctor didn’t want to do the work on me, I heard all excuses after I made SURE to book the date for my procedure . I took time off from work, she spoke about things that I wasn’t there for like braces. Why not just tell me over the phone the procedure wouldn’t be done? Supposedly she’s leaving the practice so WHY book me with a doctor that will not do the procedure??I specifically stated I wanted to procedure to be done the day I come in, that’s the point of a doctors referral. They assured me it will happen. Here I go, and I heard nothing but excuses . If the patient is paying, and the patient requests this specific procedure, why question them?? I will never ever come here again. Very unprofessional.

This is not the same office that we have been used to over the past 25 years. Once Dr Dym & Staff left the place went downhill fast. They ALWAYS try to up sell you when you are in the chair, from a crown, x-rays, to deep cleanings. Beware as they no longer have great service or staff that looks out for the patient instead of making money for the practice. Also the Office Manager DOES NOT return calls!!Read the other reviews (not on Comprehensives website as they weed out the negative ones) and you will see the same pattern.Look elsewhere and you wont be disappointed.
