First and only visit so far. Provider and nurse where good to work with. Facility interior is nice and clean. Front desk staff did not seem to be the friendliest.

You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a valid referral in a timely manner from this place. They give referrals to places that your insurance doesn't take, over, and over again, and than say "woops", take a month to getting around to working on it, blame the insurance company, and pass the buck as hard as they can to make sure you don't get the care that you so desperately need. It's really a shame, the doctors are fine, it's the referral department sitting at home in their pajamas that needs a swift kick into gear. Don't ever try to non-violently assert your rights as a patient they will ban you.

Dr Russell Smith is amazing. He has made me feel as though I am finally being heard. He listens to my questions and concerns, and then explains the answers to me in a way that I can understand. He made me feel as though I am indeed a human with valid concerns and reason for not wanting to do it other ways previously thrown into my care plan. Overall he is a great Dr and I will continue seeing him and following through plans to address my needs!
