From my initial consultation to the follow-up after surgery, everyone I encountered was extremely courteous and helpful. Dr. Accord was extremely professional and he removed an impacted wisdom tooth as well as the tooth next to it. General Anesthesia was used, so I felt no pain at all. The injection given to control pain for two to three days after surgery was well worth it as I never had any pain. All of my questions were answered and they even worked with my insurance company for me. All I had to do was show up and be the patient. I would recommend Dr. Accord to anyone needing his services. Thank you all so much!
Dec 06, 2024 · Susan StanleyI was told by my Dentist I had to have 2 of my teeth removed due to infection and breaking away of 2 previous root canals done about 14 years ago. My Dentist recommended Commonwealth, said they were the best and that is who her family uses. It took a little while to get in but it was worth the wait! Dr Accord was so patient and described everything he was doing as he went along. I felt like I was in very capable hands. My husband had used another Oral Surgeon and he walked away with a different perspective! Not so good. The office was helpful and checked insurance where as my husband's surgeons office did not do that for him. Overall considering the circumstances, it turned out to be a better than expected experience.
