I had a scheduled appointment and they called me the day before saying the hygienist wasn’t going to be in, but I could go to a different office. It happened to work out that I was going to be in New Haven area so I went to that office for my cleaning. The dentist that cleaned my teeth, had eaten an onion bagel before cleaning them and smelt like onion…wasn’t very pleasant. The office was dingy and dirty and I didn’t feel like I got a good cleaning.This year I went for my cleaning in Bristol, again the office is dingy, the chairs are ripped and it just didn’t seem very hygienic. I waited at the front desk for at least 15 minutes before anyone even appeared and I could hear them in the back. The dentist spent a few minutes with me told me I needed some dental work and they scheduled the appointment. The following week, my family member went for an appointment waited 45 minutes to be seen. The suction wasn’t working and had lots of problems while there. Today they called me to confirm my appointment for next week for dental work and when I told them I was canceling she asked that I wanted to reacheudle and I said no I’m going to look for another dentist. I wasn’t pleased with the services I received and instead of seeking feedback, she said “your appointments been canceled bye” and hung up the phone

My experience at Columbia Dental has been beyond positive. Initially, every staff member made me feel comfortable and eased my high anxiety tremendously. Dr. Weber has excellent bedside manner, and his dental work is absolutely exceptional. I had to have extensive work done, including several cosmetic procedures. Not only does he make every procedure as painless as possible, but my mouth and teeth look beautiful. I have full trust in him and Nicole with every appointment. Nicole, who has assisted every procedure, is extremely talented with her work and has also guided me through each appointment, making me feel at ease. Dr. Harper, Kendra, and Latoya (as well as ALL other staff members) are amazing and have helped work through all financial and scheduling aspects to make this possible. To say I am grateful to these cheerful, kind and talented professionals would be an understatement. I truly am so thankful and will recommend anyone/everyone to Columbia Dental in Bristol! Thanks for making me smile!

Seriously this whole staff is absolutely amazing! They were all super kind and understanding during my husbands 2 hour extraction! Dr. Harper, Sarah and Nichole were by far the best! They had a great sense of humor going into the appointment which made us both very relaxed. They were gentle and caring throughout the whole thing and even canceled an appointment to make sure he took the time and diligence into the extractions that was needed! We have state insurance and was concerned about thy type of dentures my husband will be getting. They don't discriminate based on the type of insurance you have. They are focused on getting you healthy, no matter what. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any dental needs!

Columbia Dental has great staff. From the moment you walk into the office, the front receptionist Sierra always greets with a smile. She checks in you a timely manner. The dentist assistants Charlene and Sara are extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor Harper does an excellent job! He does his work throughly and checks for patients comfort throughout the whole appointment. I dreaded dentist appointments until I started coming here. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

My experiences at this dentist office are always great! Dr. Harper and his staff does a great job calming my nerves with their sense of humor, and their ability to always work great together. If I have any issues or concerns, they are always willing to work with me.
