Upon arriving at the event, the line was long, but the flow was impressively organized, making the process seamless.The professionalism of the staff and the dentist who performed my extraction was outstanding. I was treated with respect and received exceptional care—better than at my personal dentist's office. My family and I are now seriously considering becoming patients at this office.

I was impressed with the professionalism of all the employees. They make you feel special and well taken care of. I also noticed that they go out of their way to help you with the financial burden of dental care. They all work very well as a team and have all the latest dental gadgets to make sure you're as relaxed as possible during the procedure. Congratulations for a job well done.

Avoid Dr. Dorsey and his office.They completely refused to release my partner's dental records to her, which is a fundamental patient right. This lack of transparency and cooperation raised serious red flags.I was also shocked to find that a dental hygienist at this office attempted to perform a filling on her. While hygienists are skilled professionals, fillings are typically within the scope of a dentist's practice. This deviation from standard procedure left my partner feeling uneasy and concerned about the quality of care.The overall atmosphere of the office was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to look elsewhere for a practice that prioritizes patient rights and provides quality care.
