Coast Dental Reviews
Awesome place. Made my appointment with a very friendly and helpful person and then the one that took care of me explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Love coast dental won't go nowhere else.
Dec 18, 2024 · linda maxamThis office used to be great years ago. Now I can barely get an appointment. Sometimes appointments are months out..I had a dental emergency, I have severe pain so I tried to book an appointment. Their website says they will try to accommodate emergencies, sometimes with the same day. I was told they earliest I could get in was Wednesday, which is a work day for me and I can't switch it. Then they were telling me, on my next available day, on monday, they have no openings, then I was told they didn't have anything open until after the 3rd.. this tooth needs to come out ASAP. The severe pain cripples me. It is cracked with an exposed root..The incompetence, an uncaring attitude, was beyond me. I've had all my recent work done here, including needing extractions and got in asap in the past.I booked the appointment online for 930 Tuesday, which wasn't available before, but was told in the call that they couldn't do it even though I was able to book that time slot...After hassling them the person on the phone, they said they can send me to their other "poinciana" office, which isn't in Poinciana, but off vineland rd. Not a big deal. I got a time slot today for 2pm. I shouldn't have even had to haggle or figure out with their person what day would be good. This is an actual emergency! They should have been on top of this, and they let me down.I'm only taking their appointment at their other location because of convenience. When they were telling me it would be 2 weeks out, I said I was going to have to shop around because this tooth needs to be extracted ASAP. The lady changed her tune when I told her that, and she set me up at the other location and found a spot for 2pm today.I shouldn't have to go through so much trouble to get an emergency tooth extraction. This could be deadly for some people!Overall the quality at this location has gone down hill since I started coming here in 2018/2019 and I hate to go to new places. Once you're comfortable somewhere, why would I want to change.I'm sure they still do great work, but the service has nose dived off a cliff.
Dec 17, 2024 · J SThis is by far the most incompetent office I’ve dealt with. My mom is getting a kidney transplant and her doctor’s office has requested her dental records from this office. This office has decided to hold her records hostage. We’ve asked for a copy of her medical records and they email us a xray with no report and an invoice with absolutely no reason for fillings or crowns they claim they need. They said she can not get clearance until she gets it worked on but they cannot explain the severity or have any medical advice on it. My mom is stage 5 kidney disease and this is the last paperwork she needs. This is completely inhumane. DO NOT COME HERE.
