Very nice doctor and staff! I will be using them from now on. This was my first experience and I needed to have a tooth extracted. I was kept informed of everything regarding my appointments and treatment. Highly recommend!

The staff has the most terrible customer service. I scheduled a new patient appointment regarding a painful broken tooth.I was never seen waiting for over 45 mins.I asked if everything was okay, and the receptionist at the front counter replied the Doctor is in a surgery and that its his decision on when he wants to see his patients. There was no communication or a sense of urgency. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. I replied yes.Afterward, the other receptionists said they will no longer accept my insurance in 3 days. & to schedule beforehand. I am absolutely disappointed that my time and gas were wasted just for them to run up my insurance, not communicate or assist me with my emergency dental needs.
