I had an appointment on November 8th, 2024, due to severe tooth pain on one side of my mouth. During my visit, the dentist examined my teeth and recommended a deep cleaning, tooth extractions, and a root canal. While I was in significant pain, I left the office without any antibiotics or treatment to address the immediate issue. Unfortunately, my insurance denied the referral for the deep cleaning, and now I am dealing with a large abscess. I was hoping for more proactive care to address the infection right away. I’m now seeking a different dental provider for further treatment.

Horrible experience (summer 2024) and horrible over the phone scheduler today (12/12/24)It was suppose to be a simple root canal, 2 with a referral. First they stated they never got the referral after dressing me for the exam. They advised that I reach out to my office to get them emailed over which I thought was pretty odd. Then after 45 mins I get them emailed over and they acted like they didn’t want to service me. The dr came in stated he needs new images. So we take them and he says that he may have to pull it due to the severity of the vein exposure etc etc, and that he will follow back up with me on an appointment. That was 6 months ago of me calling and calling and sending online inquiries to ask what was the long wait for? Fast forward today I have jaw and neck swelling, blood and pus drainage, and chest pain that CCH said with all imaging that the swelling, infection and pain is tooth related. So now I have an appointment with Aspen Dental (out of pocket now smh) and they need exrays. Can you believe out of all the inconveniences this company has done and now I have to lose my tooth…. They can’t release the images I need and I have to physically come in after I told the lady that I am a disabled veteran. Now I have my dental office calling on my behalf. This is inhumane service and a poor way to teach the next generation of dentists

I can't believe how bad the service was I went for emergency Walk in. And was told I look fine. This service is for Emergency only. Really!!!! They open up at 9am I was there at 8am how much of an emergency it is . The young lady told me set down never took my name. WHEN I TELL YOU Never Again NEVER...... I just walk out with out being seen if you looking for an Great Dentist office please..,.. try Angel Dental care very professional workers that's how you get 5 star's

I feel like they were mean to me. The 2 doctors spoke In their own language the entire time . Had me worried and puzzled. Of what was going on. The only English they spoke was telling me not to bite there hand which I wasn’t gonna do. Scared me and took me back to my original scare of the dentist. I don’t want to see him again. Chief of not for a surgery he lied about the pain. Worst I ever had. He seemed irritated the whole time.

Beonca answered the phone at Cleveland Dental Institute located in Garfield Heights, Oh when I called in to make an appointment. She was really hands on and informative and extremely helpful and nice when she answered. I recently switched health insurance carriers and wasn’t sure which insurance was on file, so she was very patient and helpful and concerned about me figuring it out and I appreciate her customer service because that type of professionalism is hard to come by. Cleveland Dental Institute delivers the best customer service and dental care I’ve ever had. Thank you Genuinely
