I’ve been coming to Classic Smiles for a year or two now and it has been the best dental office I’ve ever experienced. They emergency accommodated my son and helped fix major issues. They always precisely lay out our treatment plans so we know exactly how much things cost. Everyone is exceptionally nice and I appreciate everything they’ve done for us.

Very friendly and caring staff. Great customer service. Warm and inviting...from the first visit, they take the time to give you a tour of the facility, the dentist sits with you to see if you have any concerns or service needs. Dentist Susanne Baaqee is amazing and takes the time to explain each step of the way what she was doing when she had to examine me which is great because you as the customer knows what is happening. I would definitely recommend Classic Smiles!

I loved my experience with Ms. Olena during my teeth cleaning. She was very nice and friendly; most importantly, she was extremely gentle with my sensitive teeth and gums. I was in and out of the office during my visit, her efficiency is top tier along with her personality!

The first phone call I made to the office I had the pleasure to speak with Justin. I informed him I was searching to change my dentist and he was able to get me in that week. I told him I was off on Wednesday and he was able to accommodate both my exam and cleaning on that day. When I entered it felt like we have been friends for years, he was welcoming and I barely finished the paperwork before being called back for the visit.Today was my first visit at the office and had the opportunity to meet with Jessica. She was by far the most friendly person I have ever met. She reminded me of the people you meet at the hotel, very accommodating and welcoming. She explained everything to me throughly and I felt like I was part of her family. Then I met Dr. Suzanne, she was very knowledgeable and explained the exam to me. It felt like an artist with her precision and speed, she explained it for me to understand. I felt welcomed to ask questions and I felt confident in my oral hygiene. I inquired about how to floss better and Jessica provided me with a tutorial to improve my skill. I am excited to have found this place.I had the opportunity to have Olena as my hygienist today. The experience was just as amazing as the first, she welcomed me and I felt so comfortable as her patient. It was amazing to learn that she also went to Valencia, it was nice to interact with a fellow student. She did such a wonderful job and her energy is flawless. It felt like the time flew back and I was only in the chair for minutes, she shared stories while doing my cleaning. It was great to have that communication and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable as well. I really enjoyed how she explained the process to me as well as showing me how to correctly floss. I have been doing it incorrectly for years and now I feel that I have the skills to be successful. I appreciated her detail to my oral hygiene and look forward to my next visit.

I’ve been coming to get my teeth cleaned by classic smile for many years and my hygienist Carmen have done and excellent job in keeping with my routine cleaning. I’m so grateful for her dedication to seeing a patient smile and providing excellent services to me and my husband, she makes you feel at home with her service..I look forward for the year 2025 with her.
