As a long-time patient who has experienced various ownership and management changes, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in service quality under the current management. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and genuine care is truly alarming.During my most recent visit, I was initially quoted an out-of-pocket cost of $78, only to later receive a bill for an unexpected $480. It became apparent that the manager knowingly provided a misleading estimate, fully aware that the service would not be covered by insurance. To make matters worse, the procedure performed was unnecessary, as the issue could have been resolved with a simple antibiotic. This unethical approach caused undue financial strain on my family and left me feeling stressed and frustrated. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable, and it’s evident that the management needs to prioritize honesty and accuracy when dealing with patients. I have since fulfilled the payment but have decided to leave this practice permanently.Unfortunately, my experience is not unique. Friends who were also patients have shared similar frustrations, citing hidden fees, poor communication, and a lack of care as reasons they stopped going. Given this pattern of issues, I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone.For those seeking reliable, transparent, and compassionate care, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere to avoid the stress and disappointment that I and others have endured.

Every time I go to get something done to my teeth everyone makes me feel comfortable. All the dentist that worked on my teeth has shown me step by step what is wrong and what needs to be done to get my teeth back to normal, clean and pain free. I love it there and will continue to go there and nowhere else. Assume staff 😊

It can be difficult when you have to go to the dentist for a cracked tooth, but the experience was so smooth at The Christiana Dental Spa. They listened to my concern when I called and scheduled my emergency appt. within two hours, The staff was non-judging and kind from the front desk all the way thru checking out. Dr. Young was personable, professional and kind and the sassy hygienist with the stylish blonde short hair was awesome. (Sorry, I couldn’t find your name anywhere, but I already called you “AMAZING”. I highly recommend Christiana Dental Spa.
