I was pretty anxious. The front desk receptionists just appeared disinterested, bothered and not on the same page with what i was previously told about scheduling. However, the day of my 3-year-old procedure the Medical Assistant was a breath of fresh air and a delight. She turned our experience into one I will never forget. She gave us step by step updates on the entire process. Thank you.Actually, we had to get less work done than expected and staff did a follow up call, all is well, checking on Braylon to ensure all is well 😃

Do not recommend. My child left this office traumatized. We paid a lot of money for sedation but she remembered every bit of her procedure, including crying for mommy and daddy and being held down. We, as parents, also did not feel listened to at all. Any time we asked a question or expressed concern they threatened to cancel the procedure, even after they had already given her the medication to “sedate” her.
