TLDR; Great work, great services, no judgement zone, highly recommend.However, upon seeing some other reviews, I think it’s good to always proceed with caution no matter the place. I am sorry to hear about some unfortunate cases.Longer Read [Keep in mind, my own personal experiences]; One of the best dentists I’ve ever gone to. Have had no issues with calls, front desk or finances. Gentle with the equipment all around, will let you hold and use the saliva ejector at your own pace if you easily gag (just ask first), always checks up on you throughout the entire process—whether it be a regular cleaning, inserting braces, surgery—to make sure you’re okay.They are also indeed very open towards adults, neurodivergents and LGBT folks.I came here, did not tell them I was an undiagnosed high masking (or ‘functional’ for older terms) autistic adult and they saw me as any other adult. When I asked them how to clean my teeth properly, despite being at my current age, they answered with patience grace and kindness. Even if it may seem simple to others, it was very hard for me to grasp the concept of dental care and the way they answered was in-depth and straight to the point. Came around again to my next appointments, informed them of my now diagnosed autism, and I was still met with that same patience grace and kindness the first time. There was no notable differences between the ‘kindnesses’ either, which was really nice. EX. I did not feel a change in tune at all from any of the workers there when they received this new information. No harshness, no infantilization.Although I am responsible for learning on my own to take care of my self, I was not taught at home and every other dentist I went to did not extend the kindness that this place in particular did, which had greatly discouraged me from not seeing one for so many years. It wasn’t until last year that I saw this place. Now, I am inspired and motivated to keep my teeth as healthy as can be. I am always happy to attend each and every appointment.
