Today was my 1st time going here and I am so happy that I did. When I 1st walked in I loved how clean and organized everything was. The staff, from the front desk to everyone who worked on me, were polite, helpful and very professional. They took the time to explain everything to me before doing it and asking me if I had any questions along the way. The questions I did have were answered in a way that made me feel less anxious about it all. They really made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place! I walked out feeling grateful for how i was treated and the care I received. I'm happy that they are my dentist now!! You are in good hands with this dentist office.

No stars. In the beginning the service was good. Then when the new orthodontist came it went down hill. Can barely get in to stay on a good treatment plan, the attitude of the orthodontist isn’t great either. Doesn’t care about getting the best orthodontist results. I feel they just want a lot of patients for money but can’t provide the best treatment for all their patients, overbooked etc. Paid money towards braces for both daughters and decided to have them take them off as the service/progress was horrible. Made several complaints and nothing was done as there is only one orthodontist there, so if unhappy with the service you’re stuck and paid for nothing/services you’re unhappy with. One of my daughters had her braces taken off, they didn’t file her teeth or provide her with a retainer. Go to a reputable orthodontist office, I’ve been to one with my oldest daughter when we lived in a different state and it was a totally different experience.

My children and I enjoyed our dental visit here. We were in all at the same time and taken care of simultaneously! The staff were professional, quick and efficient! The office was spacious and clean and my children were serviced in an area with other children where I was able to see them and everything that was being done. Definitely a huge plus. The communication was clear and everyone announced who they were and what they would be doing. Shannon is now hands down my favorite Dental Hygienist. She was professional, detailed and clearly dedicated to her work. She let me know the condition of my teeth and gums then went to work cleaning these teeth!

Today my son had to get his tooth extracted and the dental assistant was phenomenal. Jimmy made our families experience amazing, being informative, educational and fun. We have been coming here for 10+ years and best customer service I've had today was amazing thank you jimmy ❤️

This place has really gone downhill since they opened as small smiles 17 years ago. They took a full 2 hours yes you read that right 2 hours for a cleaning they were actively working on my daughter for 2 hours for a 30 min job because all their equipment kept failing and instead of moving her to a different chair they kept going...I wont be sending my daughter back there again and when i called and asked why she was still there after 2 hours their only response was that they were short staffed.
